Been here about 4 months, I will be 100% honest. What it comes down to is this, it’s your best bet in this area, and the maintenance and staff are top tier. I mean none of the other apartments in this area even compare. All of my request have been filled within 1 day, except when my AC unit needed to be completely replaced, but they literally got us a brand new unit in two days. Lauren in the front desk explained the application process to me so clearly, it was a breeze. The place is changing rapidly bc of the rent crisis, so a lot of people who used to live in higher end apartments are coming here (including me). I am seeing the place quickly fill up with diverse group of working class people, which is nice. You actually see the maintenance team on the property, WORKING, whether it’s on the pool, in the laundry room, or in the lawns. I have a feeling that the more good people put their trust in this apartment, the better and better it’s going to get.
